It all begins with an idea. What if you could have all of your favorite drift and road course cars all rolled into a single, convertible package. Convert your car from road to drift in just hours. Re-skin it with lightweight highly detailed bodies just like your favorite sim racing vehicles.

Each skin is carefully 3D modeled to fit the SWM Chassis.

The SWM Chassis

One chassis - convertible to Drift and Road Course configurations.

The Bend-Tech 4-axis CNC plasma tube cutter.

Manufacturing a complicated chassis with 6-way 3D modelled joins would be practically impossible without a multi-axis computer controlled system for cutting & marking the tubing.

This CNC rotates and shifts the tubing and plasma cutting head through 4 axes in order to achieve perfectly coped tube ends, ready for weld up. This also makes it much easier for the WIY (weld it yerself) kits to be assembled.

Massive-scale 3D printers are used to produce the body skins directly. The skins can then be finished with normal body filler and paint, or vacuum bagged with fiberglass or carbon fiber.

Massivit 3D printing

This rear bumper shell is printed half in fire-retardant and half in normal resin for testing purposes.

The Massivit 1800Pro 3D printer.

Finally there is a 3D printer capable of printing automotive scale body parts in realistic timeframes and a realistic price. With this capability your car can be anything you dream it to be.
